How Creative

In November of 2019, Cascade Virtual’s team of Virtual Assistants assisted with the planning of the MVM COACHING US ‘Brand It Right’ Ignite Your Profits Workshop in Muscatine, Iowa.

Hosted by Martha M. Veon, The Navigation Coach™, together with Business and Brand Architect™, Howard A. Lim, owner of HOW Creative as the main speaker. They brought fire to Iowa!

Mr. Lim has represented a vast array of all sized businesses from startups to Fortune 500 brands, including Apple, Honda, Disney, DreamWorks, Acura, Xerox, Oracle, Cirque du Soleil, Lakeshore Entertainment, Mattel, Jakks Pacific, Northrop, ATT, Paramount Pictures, and HP, just to name a few. His contributions have added billions of dollars to clients' profits, to the greater value of the brand, and to the company’s equity.

In an interview with Mackenzie Thomas, Owner of Cascade Virtual (Virtual Assistants For Busy People), Howard said, “There is only one way to build a brand, by the hip or by design. They think branding is the logo, they think it's a graphic designer that advertises the marketing, it really is the sum of all the parts that make it a whole,” Howard said.

For the past few years Howard has used Virtual Assistants to manage his backend operations to include client contact, scheduling and organization.

In order to create and execute a fantastic experience in Iowa for the ‘Brand It Right’ Ignite Your Profits Workshop, Howard and Martha worked together with their individual teams of Virtual Assistants. After the location reservations were all set they went to work on the workshop setup, event marketing, advertising, assisted in creating the breakfast and lunch menus, scheduling of the caterer, photographer, special equipment, and attendee registration and day of live broadcasting and recording. All of that, and more, completed virtually. Howard’s assistant also helped him prep a workbook for distribution and later purchase at the workshop.

Martha's Virtual Assistant team set up a live feed with a video team to accomplish the impossible. During the live feed, which aired on Youtube, the amazing team work of Martha's Virtual Assistant team moderated the live feed and kept the video team in check so Martha could focus on being a moderator. Their scope of work included graphic design, social media, sales, communications with the venue and other services needed, and moderation of live viewing.

In a compliment to Cascade Virtual, Virtual Assistant for Busy People, Howard mentioned, “I really like your process of how you find the perfect assistant through doing the screening and vetting.”
