As a coach you are in the business of making people's lives better.
It’s essential, in your coaching business, that people see you as an expert.
Blogging can help people find out about you and what you do best.
Your blog is an opportunity to speak to your target audience on a deeper level.
You can provide more detail in areas of your expertise that will allow others to resonate with your thoughts.
There are two necessary elements to a successful blog:
Part 1 of commitment - Many blogs fail because of lack of commitment. While it can be discouraging when your content doesn't make sales or get likes, human brains like repetition. Commit to 30 minutes of writing everyday.
Part 2 of commitment - Make sure you have a posting schedule down. Post a blog every Monday, or maybe every other Monday. A content calendar can help you with themes of what to write about, as well as when to post it.
Write with a purpose... your purpose.
As we like to tell our clients... speak to their pain points.Think about what your target audience is having issues with right now. How do you fix it?

You have your website and your social media, but your blog is what tells your story about who you are and what you do. Blogs often get shared as well, which is a great free advertisement for your mission and your method. The more you blog, the more you will have to blog about. Blogging establishes your expertise.
