Here we are, inching closer to the end of another year and we all start to establish resolutions, short-term and long-term goals for the future. We also reflect on the past months achievements, challenges, and how much closer we are to the goals we set last year.
Target goals should always be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time specific ... in other words, your targets should always be SMART.
What you may have learned this year is that you spent a great deal of necessary time doing necessary requirements that didn't exactly push you closer to your goal. You may also find that you didn't have the opportunity to experience growth in the way you had imagined when the year started because, well there just aren't enough hours in the day.
While you plan for next year ...make delegating part of your process and ultimately your progress. What can you put in the hands of someone capable that will allow you to use the gifts you have to create or move forward on a passion or purpose that truly defines you.
